Paramax Resources Ltd. is an oil and gas exploration company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and developing oil and gas projects. The Company has interests in oil and natural gas projects and leasehold interests in Canada and the United States.

In Canada, the Company has varying interests in two producing oil wells on a Crown Lease in the Fosterton Area of Saskatchewan.  In the United States, the Company owns a 50% leasehold interest in approximately 100,000 acres of land in the Rocky Mountain gas basin of Idaho and Oregon. Seven drilling prospects and four leads have been identified on this acreage. The Company is moving forward with plans for an exploration program to test and confirm the natural gas productivity of this acreage and these prospects.
